DAY 2 | ASSESS & PREPARE

Readiness & Change Diagnosis

Assess leadership alignment, governance, communication, capacity, relationships, risks and barriers.

Relationships & Communication

Map the people affected by change and determine how engagement, collaboration, communication and trust need to be approached.

DAY 3 | LEAD & NAVIGATE

Leadership, Trust & Impact

Examine leadership responsibility, trust and the operational, relational, cultural and people impacts of change.

Difficult Responses & Risk

Explore what may sit underneath hesitation, disengagement or opposition and identify appropriate responses to barriers, risks and pressure points.

DAY 4 | APPLY & SUSTAIN

Applying the Framework

Bring the framework together using real change situations, practical tools and organizational realities.

Action Planning & Sustainability

Identify next steps, accountability, measures of progress and a pathway for longer term adoption.
