Using the medicine wheel as a guide, we will explore how to create balance between mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well being in workplaces. You will hear practical examples that move beyond token hiring and toward true belonging. Reflection will invite you to think about what changes could make your workplace safer and more inclusive for Indigenous employees.
