Indigenous Change Management
In Person Certification Learning Journey
Two immersive days | Edmonton | 10 Instructed hours
Change is not carried through implementation plans alone.
People experience change through relationships, trust, history, leadership, communication, culture, governance and lived experience. Indigenous Change Management provides a broader framework for understanding those realities and responding to them with greater clarity and intention.

Understanding Change Differently
Explore how history, trust, lived experience and organizational context influence how people receive and carry change.

Readiness & Change Diagnosis
Assess leadership alignment, governance, capacity, communication, relationships, risks and barriers before implementation.
